Tournament Details

• Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place

• Teams of Two

• Day of the event registration - $30 Per Person

• Must be 18 or older to play

• Check In at 11:00 am

• Tournament starts at 12 noon with a four (4) hour time limit

• House rules will be announced at the start of the tournament

Release and Waiver of Liability

I hereby unconditionally release, waive, and discharge O and O's For A Cause, its members, officers, event sponsors, organizers, agents, and all event volunteers (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, demands and actions which I or my heirs, executors, or assigns may have or which may hereafter accrue with respect to any and all loss, damage, or injury, including death, and damage to any personal property, caused by or arising out of, or in any way related to, my participation in the O & O's For A Cause Corn Hole Tournament, whether caused wholly or in part by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.

I acknowledge the inherent dangers involved in bicycling. I knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with my participation in the O & O's For A Cause Corn Hole Tournament.

I have read this Release and Waiver of Liability, understand all its terms, and sign it voluntarily.  I am at least 18 years of age and am competent to sign this Release and Waiver of Liability. 

 

Your purchase of a Corn Hole Team Ticket is the online equivalent of your ink-on-paper signature, and signifies your understanding, acceptance, and authorization to accept the conditions set forth in this Release and Waiver of Liability.

 

Photo Release

I hereby authorize O & O's For A Cause to publish the photographs taken of me, and my name, for use in the O & O's For A Cause printed publications and website.

I acknowledge that since my participation in publications and websites produced by O & O's For A Cause is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. 

 

I further agree that my participation in any publication and website produced by O & O's For A Cause confers upon me no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release O & O's For A Cause, its contractors, its volunteers and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
