* $45 per person - day of ride registration.
Rider Check-In begins at 9:00 AM, Sunday, October 1st in the Owen and Ollie's restaurant parking lot.

Release and Waiver of Liability

I hereby unconditionally release, waive, and discharge O & O's For A Cause Inc., its members, officers, event sponsors, organizers, agents, and all event volunteers (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, demands and actions which I or my heirs, executors, or assigns may have or which may hereafter accrue with respect to any and all loss, damage, or injury, including death, and damage to any personal property, caused by or arising out of, or in any way related to, my participation in the O & O's Cycling For A Cause, whether caused wholly or in part by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.
I acknowledge the inherent dangers involved in bicycling. I knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with my participation in the O & O's Cycling For A Cause.
I have read this Release and Waiver of Liability, understand all its terms, and sign it voluntarily.  I am at least 18 years of age and am competent to sign this Release and Waiver of Liability.

My purchase of an O & O's For A Cause Inc. cycling ticket either, online or through the mail, is the equivalent of your ink-on-paper signature, and signifies my understanding, acceptance, and authorization to accept the conditions set forth in this Release and Waiver of Liability.

I hereby authorize O & O's For A Cause Inc. to publish the photographs taken of me, and my name, for use in the O & O's For A Cause Inc. printed publications and website.
I acknowledge that since my participation in publications and websites produced by O & O's For A Cause Inc. is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.

I further agree that my participation in any publication and website produced by O & O's For A Cause  confers upon me no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release O & O's For A Cause Inc., its contractors, its volunteers and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
